sorry about that,hope i didnt cause too much of a panic.guess i didnt realize either that we celebrated on different days.



I had a lovely day anyway.card,flowers and some presents.then taken out for lunch.

Thanks Joanne, hope you had a good one!! I got beautiful home made cards shoved into my face at some unearthly hour, and then had to get up ten minutes later to separate warring factions in the living room!!! The joys of motherhood?! :)

LOL Yep!  I had that same "CRAP I DIDN'T SEND CARDS!" feeling...and then "WHEW" when I looked at the calendar....lol

Happy Belated Mother's Day to you too!  I saw your post the other night and ran to check my calendar.  In the States we celebrate Mother's Day in May (it's the 10th this year).  I'm glad you posted this though, because most of us probably never stop to think that our holidays in the US aren't the same as those in other countries. 



So how was your day?  Did you relax and get pampered?  I've already started dropping "subtle" hints to my fiance about what I'd like to do on Mother's Day.  I'm easy to please...a picnic in the park is what I'm hoping for.....after breakfast and coffee in bed and a good dose of sleeping in for a change! LOL
