I had to do it at 6 monts nursing for 2 hrs in the middle of the night was just redulus. It way the only way to get her to sleep and if she woke up at night then back to sleep now if she is really tiered craying does not last longer then 15 mints even if that. Its more talking to her self now.

I love it. When my son first started he cried for 45 minutes and I kept telling myself I hope he's ok and this isn't hurting him. Now after a week he cries for five minutes and then is fast asleep! It's awesome not having to fight with him to go to bed.
