I saw a recipe for healthy banana ice cream. You freeze a couple of ripe bananas then blitz them up in a food processor, add a small dollop of peanut butter and mix together.
Smoothies, yoghurt and fruit puree, hummos, vegetable dips, cheese and crackers, nuts. Good old peanut butter sandwiches
Do you like to bake?? You can hide all sorts of fruit and veggies in cupcakes and muffins.
Make your own iceblocks. I juice all sorts of fruit and veggies and freeze the juice in ice block moulds.
