Im Alexandra. Im a stay at home mom, as my husband is in the military and with the cost of daycare work is just not an option. but i LOVE being able to be the one to raise my son. We only have one and he is 3 1/2 years old. I seem to have trouble meeting other moms in my area im pretty shy. thats why i joined this hoping to make some friends near or far :)

Im not neer you but I feel for you.Im in Mass way on the other side.I would love to be your friend.Im a mom and have 4 kids all of diffrent ages 22,18,14 and 4 so Ive probly seen it all now although my 18year old daughter is still surprising me...LOL.My oldest daughter is 22 and has 2 babies and is such a good mommy Im proud as punch of her and my son that is 14 play both clarinett and base clarinett so Im pritty proud of him too Dylan is 4 and he is a handful but still proud of him too and my 18 year old well she is avery independant spirited girl and scares me to death...lol but im proud of her too.I am a stay at home mom though I somtimes miss working I am glad Im able to be home and raise my kids it was a sacrafice but if need be Id go back to work to pick up slack but I havent had to this year yet though its almost threw.well hope you can find someone or a play group in your area.Have you tryed the local community action?or a YMCA or a church?

Well I'm in Culver City and have not found one mom on here fro my area.

Try the family services center on the base, they may have play groups for other moms and kids!
