Completely a normal thing take time off your feet and let it heal. your just putting allot of pressure on your feet. Wow I remember those days, felt weird to walk on and annoyed me, because I like to keep active. But one day off it will help it alot. Hope you feel better.

just watch out because swelling can also be cause by preeclampsia. if the swelling gets worse and if you ever see spots or sparkly lights in front of your eyes get to your docs straight away and ask them to take your blood pressure.

Drink as much water as possible and elevate your feet above your waste as much as possible. (lay on the couch or in bed at night with your feet on pillows) If you have swelling this early, it can get worse. I had it that early with my daughter and it spread throughout my whole body. My calves and ankles were so big I couldn't put boots on, my arms didn't fit in the sleeves of some of my shirts, I had to take all my rings off. My legs were purple for most of my third trimester because I had no circulation because of the swelling. Drink as much water as you can and try not to eat salty foods. If you do, you might be able to get rid of it now and not have to worry about it again.
