Hello, I've been a stay-at-home mom for 6 years. I have two children, 6 and 3. I resigned from teaching when my first child was born.

I have 2boys, a 6 year old and a 22 month old. I went back to work when my older son was about 11 months old and was working until my younger son was born. I've been home ever since. I was a kindergarten teacher, and I was due to go back September of 2009. I think I am going to resign and not go back next September. My husband works in NYC and my job is about 1/2 hour away. I would need before care and after care for my 6 year old and I would need to put my 22 month old in full time day care. For me, it just doesn't seem worth it to go back. I just love being home with the boys. Plus my husband and I are thinking about having a 3rd baby.
