I walk but that doesn't seem to want to get this baby fat to go away! its depressing! i just want it to go! i didn't just get it at my tummy, its, at my hips and thighs to :( I plan to start biking! once the weather is good. any suggestions on how to loose it?

How old is your baby? With the eating thing, keep in mind that if you are breast feeding you still DO need to eat extra. I was pregnant hungry for the first 6 months of my baby's life, and I didn't realize that that was why! I thought it was all in my head, but it definitely wasn't. I actually DID need to eat that extra food still! And I was also very depressed about how much extra weight I was carrying after having my baby, but I was just too impatient about it. I slowly lost weight over the months, and then from 5-6 months I lost 15 pounds! And that's without moving a muscle! Anyway I thought I'd just add that in case your baby is still young and you're impatient like I was! Now I'm still about 10 lbs overweight and I have no excuses anymore...but it's a lot better than the 20 lbs I was a few months after my baby was born!

doesnt it suck! ive been working my butt off at the gym for over a month and im nearly back to pre body weight. i just love having my body back and being fit again. swimming is great cause you're lighter in the water and because it's cardio u lose more weight. i really wanna get pregs again and i decided when i get back to my pre body weight we'll start trying again. good luck!

I have bought an elliptical and joined weight watchers. And I agree you have to place it somewhere that you will use it. I have mine in an extra room with a tv, but my friend put hers in the kitchen. Whatever works! I highly recommend WW. I love food and it is not about deprivation, but portion control and making good choices. Good luck!

I have the same problem. It's so nice to hear that I'm not the only one. I'm going to try the Special K challenge. Maybe once I get into a routine it'll be easier. Maybe. Let me know if you find anything else that works. Email me if you want. sbrngriffin@yahoo.com

I just got Wii fit for my birthday... so we'll see if that works :P

It's hard when you can't go to the gym and if you don't have a Wii maybe you can get some work out videos.

I joined a gym and I go for an hour at least three times a week.  I exercise and I get out of the house a little a little break from everything it's really nice.  I also have a wii and that helps to exercise at home plus I walk my dogs once a day for like 2 blocks.  So I'd say find some way to exercise regularly and find little ways to stay active.  You can try appetite suppressers like special K water is one and they have drink packets that supposidly help control hunger. Hope that helped.
