I wasnt sure were to ask this at. Im a stay at home mom also so i thought i ask yall? So i dont wanna breastfeed ne more how do i stop my milk?

Get some cabbage, the regular green round ones, break off one leaf for each bra cup smush them up a bit and cut out the main rib (the big thick hard line that goes from the bottom of the leaf up through the middle of it) and then pop one leaf into each bra cup. Leave them in there until they are warm and limp (about 30 minutes to an hour) then replace. Keep replacing them as often as you can during the day - but DO NOT wear them out of the house you will smell a little like a green grocers store. This will ease the engorgement and help your milk dry up faster. Keep drinking water because it's important to keep your hydration up.
Warm showers help to ease engorgement too but try not to express milk except hand expressing because it's a demand and supply system, the more you take out the more you will produce.

I thing I did that was helpful was hot showers when I would have the 'let down' feeling. I also reduce the amount of water and milk I was drinking. And of course by just stop breastfeeding your milk will dry up. After just a week of that I was not able to produce the same about of ounces I once was. Hope this was helpful.

Just stop feeding at eventually it will dry up. You might be a bit engorged for a few days, it won't just disappear over night. Give it a few days and it will go
