I accidently Joined a Group I didnt want to and Cannot Figure out how to remove myself.

I should have told you to be sure and click directly on My Communities, don't scroll down to the group you don't want in the purple area, but click on the words My Communites at the top, then scroll down to the group and you will be able to leave it.

While you are reading this there is a tab above that says "My Communities" click on that and go down to the group you don't want. Under the group it will say "leave this community" click on that and you should no longer be listed with that group.
