with my eldest, I was always told that I should be aiming for a pint (568ml) a day, sounds like alot, but by the time you include yoghurts, milk on cereal etc, then it adds up! may have changed now, but I'll be aiming for the same with my baby

My daughter gets a sippy cup of milk before her afternoon nap and then she gets a sippy cup of milk before bedtime.

My daughter has about 16 ounces of milk, but also has yogurt and cheese with meals and snacks which can be used as a substitute. If you dont think your baby is getting enough milk just ask the pediatrician.

my son drinks about 16 ounces a day ,remember that the more milk he drinks hes going to get full and not eat hes food so i think one in the morning and on before he goes to bed is fine, and remember too that after 2 years hes suppose to be drinking 2%milk its better for them

They need 16-20oz per day OR 500-800 mls of calcium....if they're having lots of other calcium rich foods (cheese, yogurt, broccoli etc) they probably don't need as much.

My son gets an 8 oz sippy cup with milk in it at each meal and the rest of the time he gets water, sometimes water mixed with a little juice

My son gets a sippy cup full of milk with breakfast and dinner and for lunch and snacks, he gets water. I just had a doctor appointment this week and was told they only need 2 servings of dairy a day so that is perfect!!

My son has one sippy cup in the morning, maybe one in the afternoon and one at night. between that he has water. Maybe one cup of water with some juice in it. So...3 cups of milk a day (roughly)
