Agree. They are growing and feed in spurts at times. My little guy has eaten 8oz in an hour. He also has eaten 3oz and then another 3oz in two hours or will take a bottle after an hour. Babies are like us, people, how would you like to have your dinner plate taken away when you are still hungry.
We are trying to get into a routing with him at one month. We try to do every 3 hours but the kid's gotta eat. We will walk him for a couple of hours, which seems to calm him down, then when he finally wakes up he is ready to have a healthy meal. More he eats the more he sleeps:)

You know what is working and will be fine.
Just my thoughts. .

4oz every 4 hours, but I fed mine when they were hungry. 8oz is a little too much.

Babies should only drink what they want at any age. 8oz is a lot considering your little one's stomach is only as big as her little fist. Feeding beyond that only causes spit-up, and fussy baby from a tummy ache. All of my kids were only drinking 2-4 oz at that age.

yep, my opinion is a baby that age should be fed whenever she needs it. you are her mom, you know if she's hungy, so if she is, then feed her.
