about 5-6 months for water and maybe wait until 9-10 months for juice. They are ready for puffs when they can feed themselves and the puffs are great because they dissolve. My son didn't get his FIRST tooth until 11 months and he started puffs at like 7 or 8.

I did as soon as my baby could sit in the high chair and started pickung things up, she was about 5 1/2 months, whenever i was feeding her baby food i would just give her a sippy cup (i started with the nuby ones) with either her formula or some water, and some puffs or the arrowroot cookies.. I didnt do juice until just a little older. She did great with both, and took to the cup really good too! pretty much at 6 months she was on just the sippy cup during the day and just had a bottle before nap and before bed, and fully off the bottle at 9 months. She loved all finger foods she could do herself, so If your baby is starting to pick things up I would let him/her have some just for practice.

Water at 5 to 6 months.
Puffs around 9 months or later.
Juice... That is a personal thing...
My daughter just turned two and we only give her watered down juice every so often... For the most part she drinks milk in the morning and the evening and then has water all day. I didn't want her getting used to the sweetness of the juice and only wanting that because it would be too much sugar and they are to get their nutrients from food.

Our friends and doc said we could go ahead and start, our LO is 6 mths but he cant even pick up the puffs yet and is refusing solids so we are going to wait...I think I will keep trying to see if he will grab the puffs so he can learn!

I started water around 4-5 months when he started babyfood, it was only a few sips, juice was only when he was constipated and then again it was really watered down. Around 6 months I started to give him a little more watered down juice because he was eating more food. I started puffs when he was eating finger foods quite well which was probably 10 monthish

The puffs start at around 10 months to a year, water (just a couple of ounces) at around 4 months, and juice at around 8 months (just a few ounces).

I personally started to give my babies water around 5 months, or whenever they could hold the sippy cup, I waited a while for the juice just because I didn't want to start them on sugar to early. Usually once a baby knows how to crawl they can have the baby puffs. Best of Luck!
