Hey i have a 11month old daughter Isabelle who will b awake at 3.30 4am and will want a bottle feed and will not settle bk down in her bed.. the only way i can get her bk to sleep is trying to rock her to sleep but takes alot of time and cos im so exhausted from during the day i just pick her up and put her in with me.. is there any other way i can make it so she can cut out on the bottle feeds at 3.30 4am in the morning and get her to sleep through the whole night? cos i am very worried this will happen for years to come.. n i realli dont want that as she will be 12 months next month! She will sleep till 8am and ill give her breakfast and then about 9 9.30 if she is still a bit wingery ill try her with some morning tea.. but that is another thing she wont eat that much she will eat in stages and she gets abit annoyed because she wants to be able to feed herself! i have throught about keeping her awake during the day for as long as i can but then i have noticed she will end up over tired and be more unsettled! so when she starts to get tired i just put her straight into her bed.. n then she will sleep for a good half an hour to an hour then ill give her a bath and give her some afternoon tea and she will go bk down for a couple of hours and then she will b awake around 6ish for dinner and then stay up till about 10.30 11pm and then will b up at 3.30am again and starts all over again? has anyone got any ideas?! please help if u can :)
