i knw.. its hard to be moms stay at home 24 hours.. but when we got oportunity to get a job.. that means leav our babies at home with nanny.. side of our heart said "big no"
as moms how we get the solution..?????

I say if your able to stay home finacially then stay home take advantage of what a lot of women can't do, then go to work later on but if that opportunity won't come around again and you need the money and your check is not only paying for nanny or daycare then go with it.

You are right, the bond will become stronger with the Nanny for the first year or two but one of the most important benefits is being able to observe and contribute to your child's development. Often, parents perceive that the care provided at home is more comprehensive than the standard day care. In addition, the stay-at-home parent has the assurance that the child is being raised in a healthy, positive environment. Opportunites will always be around. In addition you might find yourself working to pay for child care, so you want to ask yourself should I keep working -- to pay for child care. Stay home for a year then decide if you should go back to work. : )

You could work moms hours and have someone in your family watch the baby, Only work a few days a week. Then you and baby wont be stress. good luck.
