I would love to hear from moms in the same boat and moms who have 3 kids already. What is life like with 3 kids and how does life change?

We are in that boat at the moment, still deciding there would be a 4 1/2 yr age gap to my youngest if we did. My BFF had 3 under 3yrs and she was exhausted only now she can see what she put herself through, she now has No4 who is 2 soon and there is a 4yr gap from No3 to No4. Much easier with that gap she said.
Best wishes n good luck

I have four daughters, ages 6, 4, 2, and 9 months. I still want at least one more kid, but my husband and I haven't fully decided yet. If you want another one I think you should go for it. I think it's amazing with my four daughters and I will never regret it. It's beyond a blessing. :)

Go for it!! Me and my husband have a 5 year old girl and a 3 year old boy....I want another one but he doesnt (which i dont understand since i am the one who deals with them all the time LOL). So if both of you want another go ahead! When you get older you will wish you would have I heard.

I have two children, kaci is 7 connor is 2....the age gap between them is fabbb i personally loved kaci being involved with connor and she also loved helping out and playing mum...so in my experience the gap" is great but i know others like having them all close so they grow up together........i'd love to have another.....and i wouldn't mind the age gap difference again to be honest...if it's something you truely want hun go for it!!! x

I found it very difficult to go from 2-3 kids. My first two were only 15 months apart, then my third came when the youngest was 2-1/2. I think if I would have waited it would have been a little easier. My husband worked long hours, so I was the only one there most of the time and he turned out to be a very demanding baby. Now that the baby is almost 2 we are thinking about having a 4th. All three kids play together and it is great. I wouldn't trade it for anything. If your youngest will be 5 by the time the baby comes it will be great, because he/she can already do a lot of things by himself and can even help you once the little one comes.

My kids just turned seven and four so they would be about 8 and five if I get prego right away. Does anyone have a five year gap? Meaning 2 kids and the 3rd is 5 years apart?
Thanks for the previous comments!
My mom had me then my brother 2 years later, then my sister 7 years after that, so my sis and I are 9 yrs apart. I think that made the trasition even easier for my mother cuz both her kids could dress themselves and get themselves a snack and help out a little with the new baby. By the time my sis was 1 I was doing all her baths, which gave mom a break and I LOVED IT. So I wish you the best.

I don't know from personal experience (I have only 2 kids, and am not planning for any more) but my mother in law once told me that the hardest transition is from 1 to 2 kids. from 2 to 3 was easy. she said you are already used to "juggling" the needs of more than one child, so to add another isn't a big deal. So if you think you are ready GO FOR IT!!!!

My oldest are 10 and 8, my 3rd was born in August and I thought it would be really difficult with a large age gap, but I have found no difficulties, and am eally enjoying the experience. Life only changes if you let it, one or three what's the difference lol!!
