my kids are both congested and my son especially when he lays down. is vicks to strong for them??

When my children get all stuffy and congested, I rub vicks on their feet, and cover them with socks. They still get the benifits of the vapors, without the burn on their chest or nose. It really works great for me!

you can buy baby vaporub in mothercare i think and places like boots

I have used the woolworths 'Home Brand' version. It is a bit stronger than the baby vicks but bot as strong as the adults version. Added bonus is it is cheaper. I started it when my girls were 2 and 3, now 4 and 5, and still alive!

I use baby vicks for my 1 and 2 yr olds. That seems to work pretty well.
