My 7 month old is still not sleeping through the night. I've done everything i can think of: changing his sleep schedule during the day, adding more food to diet, and self-soothing and nothing seems to be helping.

My 6 month old sleeps from 7pm to 5am without waking, has a feed and goes back to sleep. Often she wakes through the night at 2 or 3am but the last few days she's been doing that.
