I'm looking for a job that I can do at home. I do have a medical background. But I'm looking for something where I don't have to pay in order to get started. Any help would be wonderful. Thanks Kristin

There are a lot of things you can do at home that don't require financial investment, although a lot of them do require training. I'm currently taking a course to do Medical Transcription which is currently a good growth industry. The course I'm taking is through Canscribe (CareerStep in the US). Have a look, and if it isn't your cup of tea, not a big deal, but it's an option to look into :D
