I am a stay at home mom of 3 young children with crazy schedules looking to make a little extra money. In these really tough times i need to stay home because the cost of child care is so much and I also need to work because that second income is really missed. If you have any suggestions I would love to here them.

You can own your own homebased travel agency. I have family and friends who normally travel and they book travel at a discount through my website and I receive 60% commission. Also, I have a shopping mall on my travel agency website called Aisle 19 in which you, family and friends can shop from over 600 stores and you receive a percentage of what is purchased through your portal. Please visit the website: www.royaldestination.info to view my travel engine; or www.ytb.com/royaldestination, click on view presentation to get more information. If you have any questions please let me know.

Hello, I know what you mean, I have 3 girls (5, almost 3 and 7 mths). I think that to be successful you will have to find something that you enjoy, with products that you can promote with excitement. That is why I chose Watkins. Watkins was established in 1868. For 140 years they have been using the finest natural ingredients in their products. Their product lines are natural gourmet, personal care, home remedies, supplement, and home care. They recently launched a new line of plant based home cleaners that everyone is going crazy over!

Take a look at my website,

and to view the products, visit watkins corporate website, www.watkinsonline.com

Feel free to e-mail me anytime with questions you may have,  plfisher4@yahoo.com

I want to thank everyone for there help and for any future help. I am going to take a look at all of these and decide which is good for me...it's so great to have a network of moms to give advice to each other. I've been searching in the blind for a long time and lost money with companies that are not legitimate. Glad to see that these companies have helped you.

Hello,

I think you'll find there are lots of ways to earn extra money. When I started looking at avenues to add to my families income I wanted something that I could really grow at. I found a company called YTB that allows me to own my own travel site. It's online, and I don't find it hard to talk/ sell travel. I also can grow as a travel agent. If owning your own business is an option for you, you should check out www.traveltime.webs.com It explains everything you need to know. This has been so fun, I even earn travel benifits for being a travel agent.

Hi Gia,

I was in the same boat and found Arbonne International, it is a health and welness company and we specialize in anti-aging skin care products, nutrition, color, aromatherapy. The products are all pure, safe, and beneficial. This company has changed my life, I feel so blessed. I work from home scheduling appointments during the day while I am with my son and then I work 1-2 eveings/week. 5-10hours a week is full time in Arbonne!!!! I love that.  It's incredible because I get ME  time, I'm meeting new people and I am contributing to the household. 3 things in a recession that are recession proof, alcohol, tobacco and skin care. Isn't that funny!! My business is unbelievable right now because everyone is looking for something more.  It's the perfect time to build your own business. Email me and I can send you some info. via email or to your address-either way you feel comfortable. This might not be a fit for you, but what if it is, it could change your life!!!!

Aloha~

1 year ago i stopped working in the hospital (worked 11 years) and now a stay at home doing ecommerce (either direct of network) making more money with the same benefits. All i needed was the knowledge on how to use the computer and how to free up my time in the evenings (usually between 11-12AM) whichever works for you. please take a look at www.24hourtour.net/sabrina and tell me if you are interest in it. So if you love shopping and have no time this is the freedom for you!

Hi Gia,
I am a stay at home mom with 2 boys 4 1/2 and 18 months. I started looking for work at home opportunities just after having my first son. I tried a few different things and lost money in the process. I finally found something that makes total sense. I don't sell products, carry inventory or have to do home parties and the start up is only $29! Not only that, but if you decide it's not for you, you get a full refund! There is absolutely NO RISK! It is seriously the best home business! I'd love to get in touch with you to give you all of the information! Send me an e-mail and I'll give you a call to set up a time to talk. If you decide it's not for you, no problem...there's no pressure at all, but I guarantee it will be worth your time. Hope to talk soon!

I hear you! I have 2 little boys and money does get tight from time to time. I started my own jewelry business (www.wisdomswork.com) a couple of months ago. I make jewelry and sell it online, at markets, fairs and friends. What you should do is think about what you are good at (whether it's crocheting, cooking, cleaning) and then try to market that skill. That is the best way to start a legit business and love what you are doing in the process. I chose to start my business online first because the economy is bad and buying a store isn't feasible just yet. So, just write down things you are good at and take it from there. I used web.com to create my web page. It's inexpensive and farely easy to use once u get the hang of it. Hope I helped...good luck!!!!
