Looking to make some new friends on Circle of Moms or Facebook.
I'm a stay at home mom who is home all day taking care of three kids and one husband. I cook, clean, teach, and every thing else that mommies do (and i love it), but i don't have many friends, and I sometimes just need adult time!
I find that after my hubby gets home, I bombard him with all of my stories and it bores him!!!!! I admit I don't get out much as my day is pretty packed, (unless I can talk to other mommies at the playground, or play group) which isn't every week. uuugh!!!! Anyone else out there with the same problem?

really i do not miss it atall but i was in a high end hair salon A LOT of drama totally love this no drama except when my 2yo decides to be a little drama king and pretend something hurt when it didnt

i am also SAHM and i feel same.I do love taking care of my kidz, but i was working earlier and i miss work also.I miss all interactions, all conversations,going out time.Nice to meet you.

nice to meet you my name is cassandra i know how you feel though i have 2 husbands (lol not really just joking because you specified that you had 1 husband) i know how you feel i end up calling my mom too much during the day. i go out pobebly 2 times a month for moms groups i am trying out a new one that is once a week though

Yes, I have exactly the same problems. My husband will talk about his day at work, but never wants to hear about my day. I regard it as an accomplishment when I leave the house for something that isn't chore-related, but those times are infrequent. Apart from my husband, I almost never have causal conversations with adults.
