Of course. I have 3 under 2 so i understand I thought i was a bad mom and felt guilty because there are certain days i cant wait till bedtime but i have tolked to alot of other moms and its so normal. I feel like i get more time now that my husband bought me a kindle....i highly recommend one if you are a reader. It is my exscape without actually having to leave lol. Dont ever feel guilty about thinking of your self. We are all moms and we need to do us some times

Don't feel guilty. It does make you a happier wife/mommy to have a little time to yourself. One of my favorite hobbies is scrapbooking, which is so much creative fun for me, and I'm really producing something for my kids, so that is satisfying too.

I dont get a whole lot of me time either because my daughter is still bf and wont take a bottle of anything so I have never been able to leave her for very long. But I get my hubby to take her even for an hour so I can just do whatever, sadly I even clean my house in this time cause its so much easier without her 'helping' me!! I did feel guilty when I first started doing but then realized that she gets a happier mommy when I've had a chance to recharge and it gives her a chance to get some one on one time with daddy or grandparents. My hubby works away for 5 days straight so we both look forward to when he gets home!

Don't feel guilty. You need the time to yourself or you will go bonkers. I know it's difficult because we spend so much time with our kids. My kids are asleep between 8:30 and 9 if not earlier and I stay up until midnight (at least) just to get that time to myself.

Not really, I feel guilty leaving him with friends while I go to important appointments for their sake hahaha. But I'm with the kid ALL the time. He doesn't go to daycare, we don't have date nights sans kids, we don't have parents who live in the same town and take him for the weekend. So I don't feel bad about leaving him with his father to go shopping or visit someone or get my hair and eyebrows done or leaving him with my MIL or parents while we do things when we're visiting them.

My me time is usually right now. I put my son on the bus and it's just me for about an hour...well every day except today since my daughter decided 5:30 was the perfect time to get up lol. I leave the tv on and play on COM and FB lol. I really love my hour to myself and don't feel guilty about not worrying if my daughter is hungry or into something.

I've been up since 4am just to get some "me" time in lol. And then I stay up until 12am.
There is nothing wrong with needing a break. It's like when you work 80 hours a week and then need some time off, only with this job it's 24/7.
