Anyone know of a great Mommy and Me Yoga DVD? I'm a beginner to yoga but want to start a program at home and would like to involve my 23 month old son as a fun activity.

I am hoping to make a mummy and me yoga dvd. At present you would have to join in with either Shakta Kaur's Radient Child or one of Marsha Wenig's (she has a few). How old is your child or children?
