This is my son's current eating schedule and the only foods he will eat for now:
Breakfast- banana, pancakes, milk
Lunch- Peanut butter/jelly sandwich, water, cheese
Snack-cheerios, raisins, water
Dinner-applesauce with pureed fruit and veggies in it, piece of bread, milk
That's all he will eat and when I put something new on his plate he shakes his head and pushes it away and if we try to spoon feed something new he turns his head away and starts screaming. I'm ok with his breakfast and lunch and I'm grateful that he's getting some veggies and other fruits in the applesauce but he won't eat finger fruits and veggies other than banana and he won't eat meat, mac n cheese, rice, spaghetti. He was eating baked chicken strips for a week and then started refusing again so now we're back to no meat. Does anyone have any ideas? I know it's not good to try to force food or send him to bed without any supper, but I don't know what else to do or how to get him to eat other things. PLEASE HELP!!!
