He has no leg to stand on. He's not supporting your daughter. He's not entitled to child support. 16 is far too young to be living with boyfriend anyway. Seek legal advice.

If she's not living with her Dad, he doesn't need the money. Why has she moved out? 16 is a little too young IMO, especially to be living with a man. If she were in college digs, I'd understand. Either way, I'd give the money to your daughter until she's 18.

I don't think you should have to pay him support but I would send it directly to your daughter to help ensure that all her needs are being taken care of...you are still responsible for her well being unless she has emancipated.

I dont see why you should pay him if she doesnt live with him idk does he have custody?
