My 2month old is drooling like crazy. Spits up after feeding that's a mix of formula and saliva, and chomps on his pacifier and his hands. Could he be teething already?

you need to change formula if your baby spits up alot. as for the paci thats normal. babies put everything in their mouths at that age. sometimes they do teeth at that age but usaully they wont cut a tooth till around 6 months

More than likely he could be. Maybe put extra paci's in the freezer for a lil relief. Are his gums red or puffy? You probably should ask his dr, let them look, just to be sure to rule out anything else.
I used this oil for my lil one's when they were teething & it worked wonders!!

I don't about the saliva but I know that my youngest son didn't spit up hardly ever when I breast feed. My older were on formula and always puking. You might also watch for cottage cheese like poop and check the nose for congestion. My son and I have hemocromatosis so after I switched him to low iron formula he wasn't sick with icky poops and excessive puke any more. Sometimes the nasal passages get congested and so it can come out the mouth. I'm no doctor though but I'd check those things.

I just worry about the amount of saliva. He chokes on it and when he spits up it's a lot more saliva than formula. We've had digestive issues since birth but those have started corrected themselves. If it doesn't ease up over the weekend I think I may call the pediatrician.

Maybe. They also do these things when they are just exploring.
