about 3 days ago I noticed she had these itchy bumps/bites on her butt. I thought it was from the heat so I have been giving her a cool bath every night but it doesn't seem to help. It is towards the inside/bottom of her cheeks, any ideas?

might be hand foot and mouth. my friends baby had bumps on her butt when she had it. when my daughter caught it she got bumps everywhere.

I agree with Erin. My daughter has a rash like that and it gets worse if she is outside when it is hot. I have been using baby powder with each diaper change and it seems to help.

It's possible it's heat rash. If she is in diapers or pull ups still it could be yeast infection. If it's yeast you'll need a prescription like Nystantin to make it go away.

with rashes oatmeal based lotions help with itching and redness. try some baby aveeno lotion
