He cheated moved out and is living with her . We have an 18 month old. We fight all the time. I sent him an email that bashed the girlfriend because he had told me that she's an alcoholic, addicted to pills , drinks and smokes like a chimney . And they have a pit bull. So she's pissed off that I slammed her in his email and he threanted me that she was going to do something if I pissed her off again. Not my fault she read his email or my problem. I want to get an order of protection against her for me and my baby . Can I? Will they grant me one ?
