thank you for your advice...today his fever is gone. Thank heavens!  He is home with me today one more day. Tomorrow he should be okay to daycare.

Yes my daughter was actually hospitalized for a virus her temps were 106 for 5 days. It was so scary. She just got out on Monday and now my other daughter has it but her fever hasn't gotten as high. But they told me that she had adeno virus. Is that the say one your son has?

Hydrate Hydrate and Hydrate.  Be sure he is comfortable and the fever is not reaching over 105.  Keep in contact with your pediatrician.  Usually viruses can linger for 7 to 10 days.  If he seems really lethargic and listless check with your pediatrician.  Most kids are pretty good at beating a virus especially if over a year old.

Good luck and hang in there.
