one year old is too young for alot of kids to walk or talk. Mine walked at 15 months and talked around 18 months.

one important thing that i've read is that no matter how tempting it is, dont compare babies. each child grows develops and learns at their own pace. a really good book is called the baby book from the sears' parenting library. it has alot of really practical and helpful information. just love your baby and play together and try to be as involved as possible. reading out loud is great for little ones even if they cant talk yet. and then there is always baby sign language. google it- it is amazing!

Hello!
#1 Give your baby probiotic every day. The one I use called FLORA BABY by renew life.
# 2 Make sure your baby has a healthy diet. Give your baby multivitamins.
#3 Take you baby to chiropractor. You will simply be surprised how much adjusting baby spine will impact baby health.

As far as teaching your chiled... All babys develop differently. Just spend as much quality time with your baby as possible. Read to him, play with him, take him places like zoo, play grounds, parks ect., sing to him. Kids need people and animal interaction to learn. There are no toys, tv or computer games that kids can learn from until they at least 2 years of age. That is a proven fact.
Simply love your boy and be patient. Good luck!
