haha. JC Penny is a department store like Dillards or Sears. Look at jcpenny.com. And I agree. Maybe go to wal-mart and target is you can a babies r us and try some out. See which one works better with your back. I bought a double stroller a few years ago and it was AWFUL!!! hard to push, hurt my back, didn't do well on anything but pavement.. rediculous.

Oh, ok. That is kind of like the umbrella/mall stroller. Are you able to go to the store and make sure it's not too short? If you have back problems as well then I would highly suggest being able to push it in the store before purchasing it. You know. Good luck!

do you have used ad websites? in canada our big one is kijiji.ca i found a great 'mall stroller' when i was traveling to my parents. i got it for cheap, and it is a little sturdier than an umbrella with a canopy. giving the time of year you may get more selection than a store. hope that helps!

How tall are you? Get an umbrella stroller. They are like 2lbs and about $5-15!! I'm 5'6" and I'm too tall for them... hurts my back, but I have back problems.

well, I got my umbrella stroller from JC penny.. but that was in the summer. Target has good ones, but with the time of year your only bet may be Babiesrus.com and everything they carry is great, so brand names and stuff don't really matter.
