You can talk to your local health and human services, Here we have whats called christmas cheer and you get like 6 arciles of clothing per person for free from the salvation army, you get to go in and pick them out yourself, Also we have churches that do clothing drives and give clothes out for free also and you also get to pick those yourself, Those are usally posted in the newspaper, Dont know if there is anything like this where you live but you could give it a try, Health and human services should be able to tell you if something like this is available, Maybe if you told your story to a local church they would help start a clothing drive for you, good luck and best wishes

Ask the Masons (Freemasons). I think it's called the Angel Fund. They have a coat drive every year and give away free, new coats. Your local schools should know about this program or one like it.
