hi i have a 18 month old daughter she was sick in april and ever since then she will not go to sleep unless she is in my arms now she wouldnt even sleep in her bed i have had no sleep in 2 weeks im extremly frustrated i need help what can i do to get her back in her bed to fall asleep and to stay there all night?

What happens if you sit in her room while she goes to sleep, or if you move her after she is asleep? My daughter went through this after being sick and really the only thing you can do is wait it out. Also our ped. put our kids on melatonin for 2 weeks to help them fall alseep. Its natural and your body makes it so she said 1mg 30 mins before bed and it will help them fall asleep. Which it does work. My oldest has other sleeping issues and takes one every night. its not habit forming because your body makes it. Side effect-SLEEP lol. Also I use it on my 2 yr old because she has had some issues like your daughter lately. Good luck!

i have tried letting her cry her self to sleep but she cried for 2 hours she doesnt give in please i need help
