i never said it was a chemical burn...but it takes more then two days for a rash to get as bad as the pampers rashes have been, and thats all it took for my daughter to have the open sores on her rear end

my son was allergic to different diper brands the doctor said it was the gel inside the dipers that caused the reaction it was disgusting. it really hurt him. he was so tender i then turned to the luvs brand after all the other ones caused it as well.

I must apologize if I come off poorly, but I use the new Pampers constantly and I have never had a problem. I have also seen the pictures of some of the "chemical burns" and they look exactly like the severe rash my daughter got from Huggies, which went away automatically when I switched to the new Pampers. I'm not saying anyone is a bad mother, never would I say that, but maybe it's just a normal baby sensitivity to the perfume or something like that.

I believe that calling those rashes a 'chemical burn' is slandering the company and they are well within their right to defend themselves. I speak only of the pictures I have seen, of course.

Jessica when I called and told them what was going on they told me all babies gets rash and such and this is normal. I was shocked. They blamed it on teething, foods, and just diapers. I honestly do not beleive they are going admit there mistake. I know one thing I have the receipt from her drs visit & from her meds.

does that mean that those of us whose child did get this weird "rash" that included open nasty looking sores on their bottoms after using those crappy diapers are bad moms? because if they are seriously accusing us of being crazy and not knowing what we are talking about.....thats messed. i think they just need to admit their mistake, fix it, and then people would drop it....

I used these diapers for less than 1 week and my daugther had the worse rash that I have ever seen. It was more like a burn it basiclly made her completley raw. I had to take her to the dr to get some medicine prescribed for her. It was really bad. I will never put those diapers on her again. And yes she has been wearing pamper diapers since she was born it was not an normal diaper rash
