Peeing to bed

my fully potty trained 3 yr old just started peeing to bed when he has not peed to bed for months now....why is this happening? We have a new baby but he never did this till she was about 2 months old, does it have anything to do with something new at home? Is he dreaming and not waking up to use potty?

Maybe he is sleeping too deeply now. You might have to wake him up.
