This is probably too late, but as an easy quick dish, I make baked spaghetti. It is inexpensive, easy, and I think most everyone likes it. Just start out making your spaghetti like normal. Put the freshly cooked noodles in a casserole dish, mix in spaghetti sauce and bake. (would probably not hurt to cover w/ aluminum foil for 15 minutes.) When you pull it out, cover with shredded cheese. I like cheddar.

I think I'll try the Mexican Lasagna too just maybe add some Taco meat too.
You know what's always a crowd pleaser at pot lucks Dessert!!
I have this super yummy and easy idea for a cold pie.
Oreo Pie Crust ( in baking isle)
1 container of Raspberry Yogurt
1 Package of Frozen Raspberries
1 Lrg. container of Cool Whip (let it thaw)
Take the Yogurt, Thawed Cool Whip and Frozen Raspberries and mix them in a large bowl, put it in the pie crust....put it in the refrigerator, wait a little while maybe an hour and it's ready!
it's a hit here at the delaRosa house. :P
