take 2 of the chewable flinstone vitamins a day, they are exactly the same as the prenatals, thats what I had to take because I got sick from the prenatals as well. just make sure its the chewable ones and not the gummies. hope this helps

My doctor said that 2 flinstone vitamins a day is the same as pre-natal ones.

Mine would make me sick during my first trimester in both pregnancies and I was told to take them right before bed and I did and never got sick again. Just make sure it's the last thing you do before you lay down for the night.

Talk to your doctor. They made me sick also, they do make some that are easier on your stomach. I can't remember the name of the ones I took, but your doctor will give you some samples.

Don't take anything with vitamin A in it, it can cause birth defects in babies in large doses, pre natal ones don't have vit A in them, You need to make sure you are taking them on a full stomach or the will certainly make you feel sick, Kristins idea was great, but make sure you have eaten or have a big glass of milk with them before you go to bed. Good luck with your pregnancy.

Talk to your doc about what's going on and see if they have sample packs of various prenatal vitamins. You may need a different formulation. Also, try to take them with food or some juice/milk something and maybe right before you go to bed. Then you can, hopefully, be asleep during the bad part.

Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.
