Hello Wonderful Moms,

We received a Research Query from a fellow Circle of Moms member who is conducting a study on stay-at-home mothers. Circle of Moms has approved her request and the research details are below for any Moms who are interested.

Please contact Pamela directly via email if you have any questions: pb255@exeter.ac.uk

-------------------------------------

I am completing my PhD in Social and Organizational Psychology at the University of Exeter, UK. My research investigates the situation of full-time mothers, their emotions, their identity, and attitudes. I am conducting an online survey among full-time mothers.

Participation in this study involves reading through a newspaper article and then giving beliefs, attitudes, opinions or feelings about the issues raised. Most questions can be answered simply by clicking a number that corresponds to what you think. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Here is a link to the survey: http://psy.ex.ac.uk/~pb255/rotate

There are no trick questions and no right or wrong responses. Participation is completely voluntary, responses are anonymous and only for research purposes (non commercial). There are no anticipated risks and this study has been reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the University of Exeter.

To thank participants, there will be a prize draw of 3 Amazon Vouchers at the end of the questionnaire. If you have any queries, do not hesitate to let me know.

Thank you very much,
Pamela Bretschneider
