I think it's time to implement a better routine, now that my little man is nearly 6 months old. Currently he has a bed time routine starting around 6 pm, of breastfeed/bottle, three teaspoons of cereal mixed with three teaspoons of a veggie, bath, lotion, bed around 7pm. Recently I added another solid meal at 10 am after a feeding/bottle, two teaspoons of cereal and two teaspoons of a fruit, then a nap. He seems to be adjusting to it well.
Now for me, I find I'm getting lazy. So I'm thinking of adding walk time around 1pm, and giving myself two hours for it. The gym is a 15 minute walk away, and the grocery store is 20 minutes away. I figure this way I can get a walk in, going to the gym or shopping for an hour before heading back. Also I think this time works for me since doctors appointments and such are typically between 1 and 3 pm. Possibly less disruptive this way? Thoughts?
