SAHM Schedule! help me make a schedule for my kiddos

I have a 18m boy.
Schedule is breakfast 7:30am
Get dressed
Motor activity - walk outside, play date, music activities at public library, etc.
Snack 9:30ish
Lunch 11:30am
Nap 12-2/3
Wake - snack
playtime
Dinner 5-6pm
Bath/bedtime routine 7:45pm
8-8:30 bedtime

we are up between 7:30 and 8 am
breakfast 30min to hour later
out the door if we are running errands or playdates by 9:30
lunch is at 12
naptime for the 1 year old(quiet time for the 3 year old) is between 1 and 1:30 and lasts till between 3 and 3:30
playtime with both kids from 3:30-5
start dinner while the kids watch a show on the DVR
dinner is between 6 and 6:30
bathtime after dinner
baby is in bed by 7:30-8 and the 3 year old has wind down time, clean up the toys, prayers and in bed by 8:30. This schedule is a little earlier in the winter months. With summer I've had a hard time getting them to bed earlier, but I find they sleep better and longer the earlier they go to bed. This ihas taken me a full year to establish this schedule. I've found that introducing quiet time for my 3 year old has been extremely helpful for our day. I need it and so does he. It makes me a much more patient person. He hasn't napped reguarly since he was 2.

My daughter is 2, Im not very strict on the schedule, On a day that im at home its like this:
7:30-8:30 Wake up have breakfast
10-10:30 Morning tea
12ish lunch
12:30-1 go down for a nap
3 Afternoon tea
she will either have a bath while I cook dinner or shower with me after dinner
bed 7:30-8:30.
On a day she goes to daycare and I go to work:
7-7:30 get up and have Breakfast
8:30 leave, she'll get to daycare around 9 and have morning tea.
They have lunch around 11,
nap around 11:30
wake up between before 2
afternoon tea at 3
I usually pick her up around 3:30-4:30 (depending on my shifts)
They will have activites between, after 3 they usually go outside, and at home she usually plays what she wants and lets me know if she wants me to play with her, and the tv is usually on either her kids channel or she will put on a movie incase she wants to watch it which isnt very often

Have you ever heard of babywise books? They start from when they are newborns and go all the way until theuy are teenagers. They are excellent books written by a christian pediatrician and really help a lot with schedules and routines. I would definitely change the bedtime to an earlier time. My three younger children are 3,6, and 7 and all go to bed between 7:30 and 8:00. That is what works the best for us anyways. The books have been a tremendous help.

Mine are 1 and 2. They both wake at 645-7, breakfast, they play, lunch at 11, naps at 1130, both wake around 130-2 play outside and draw with crayons etc or go shopping dinner at 5 bath and bed at 7 for the oldest bed anywhere after dinner for the younger one.

Oh, is K4 a home school program? The later wake up time makes more sense now...lol.

thanks for the suggestions. we pretty much do all that. just seeing if anyone has a little bit stricter of a schedule. i know my son will be doing different classes in k4 that last about 15-20 minutes each so i'm looking to detail our daily schedule to a more exact time.

I think you have a pretty good schedule goin there. Though I might suggest not letting them sleep that late on a regular basis unless you plan on home schooling later, especially, the older one. Also, getting up a bit earlier will give you more time to squeeze in some play dates or other activities. I would maybe also move nap time up to right after lunch which will clear up some time in the afternoon for activities.

We are up at 6.30am
Breakfast 7am
Then between about 8 and 9am we head out to the gym/shopping/playgroup/park/soccar training
Home by 11-11.30 and we have lunch between 11.30 and 12pm
Then we will play board games/read books/craft/play in the garden/bake/activity books or whatever the kids decide they want to play or do
3pm they have quiet time where they can watch tv or play in their rooms
5pm is dinner time
6pm bath
7pm bed

My kids are 4 and 2 1/2

Just an example but today I went to the gym and the kids were in the creche. We went straight to playgroup where they did some craft. Came home for lunch then planted a herb garden, played in the garden and watched a movie.
