Second Pregnancy. I am have not appeite

I am currently pregnant with my second child and in the middle of my first trimester.I am what would be viewed a overweight for my size. And I have no appeite. I do eat but in very small amounts. For example today for breakfast I had a bagel with cream cheese, lunch was two tacos my husband brought home and for supper I had four pieces of buttered toast.
I have not experience morning sickness. But my biggest worry is that I am not getting enough protein. Has anyone else had experience. And also what some food items that have protien in them that not meat? i am typically a meat eat but it is a toss up.

I definitely had days during my pregnancy where I didn't have much of an appetite either. Eating small amounts throughout the day is great and is actually what we're supposed to do anyway. Just make sure you focus on quality instead of quantity. Fruits and veggies are always good. High protein foods (other than meat) are eggs, beans, chickpeas, peanutbutter and other nuts, and quinoa (a grain).
