I am so tired and drained out lately, my other half has decided to start working on his own, out of the house, so...he has been home more than normal, and it is driving me NUTS! I have such a daily/weekly schedule that I go by and run my house...and he seems to be in the way...I love him, but I like my time too.
So lately I feel I haven't gotten any sleep, don't ever have a sitter, so I am exhausted. I am just blogging I guess about the way I feel.
My kids are actually behaving today, so they are all three playing nicely today...kinda funny, some days they drive me nuts and others they are so cute...
Well if any one else wants to talk or put in some suggestions of what to do...Thanks-

LOL...This is so funny cuz I feel the same way!! The most that my husband has watched both kids while they are AWAKE is maybe 30 minutes. Enough time for me to run down to the grocery store and back. My hubby is an otr truck driver so He's gone quite a bit but when he's home I feel like I'm on pins and needles. Don't get me wrong I love him to death but he's worse than the kids when he is home. Imagine my insanity when he was just home for over 2 weeks at Christmas! The kids and I have a routine when Dad is gone but when he's home it's all messed up. My husband has yet to give our kids a bath and heaven forbid if he dress our oldest after a bath!! LOL I totally agree that men cannot multitask!!

i have the same problem. he won't stay with both kids for more than like 30 mintutes at atime. i either have to get the baby down for a nap or take one with me. but yet i stay home 12 hours a day with both by myself. i can give them both a bath at the same time by my self too but he can't. he gets all huffy if he has to hold the baby and try and do something else at the same time. men just weren't meant to multitask!!!!!

Yes- my daughter is such a daddy's girl! My schedule has changed, cause he eats at home and everything...he needs to get out of the house...soon! I do get times lately: here and there to get out with out all the kids...do still have to take one. at least. Too much for him to stay with all three of them...Gee Wiz- what do I do all day all the time...

i feel the same way too about my hubby!! i can't wait for him to come home some days or to have a day off...but then at the same time it makes things worse. he has spoiled our 3 year old so much that when he's here i can't control her. she gets all off schedule and then it's hard for me when he does go back to work. she is the perfect angel when he's not here but the second he walks through that door she changes!!

I always feel disrupted when the hubby is home for a stretch . . . it is like having another child at home in the sense that you have to consider another person's needs and wants. My first thought is, if he is working from home, does he get a "lunch break" where he could watch the kid(s) for a 1/2 hour or so while you took a walk or ran to the bookstore (or some other place to clear your head of household responsibilities)? There are usually no easy answers to these questions that spring from exhaustion :)
