l don't feel the need to keep everything picked up and perfect. Why do it when it's the same 5 minutes later than had you not wasted the energy to bother to do it? l dry mop the living/dining room a few times a day- why do l always feel dirt under my feet, l keep the kitchen clean, and the bathrooms when they need cleaning. Laundry is never ending, but l almost always have clean stuff that isn't folded. Other than that, the housework can wait until l get around to it. My husband even understands that it's a waste of energy to try to keep up. As long as l have a clear path free of toys to get around the house, l'm happy. l'm older now and l realize there's no point in for me to knock myself out trying to keep up.

MAKE A LIST. STrive to get at least one thing on that list done. Complete every action you start and don't start a new one until you finished the other one. Clean up as you go and after you do things. Less mess in the end. Get children to help tidy up after themselves. I hear ya! Right there with ya! If I didn't make my lists I would go nuts. I just keep adding things to the list and eventually I get it all done even if it took me a month! No joke. Of course I multitask with cooking, laundry and in between I wil swiffer the floors and empty a trash can. But for house projects, I take it all in stride, one thing at a time. Also, I take B-complex and minerals. Flax oil and drink lots of water. These things give me energy.
