We are taking a 10 hour road trip to visit my husbands family in Boise ID this summer. Any tips for such long drive with two kids under 3?

Don't do it! Just joking. I would pack lots of snacks and handheld toys. I would also invest in a dvd player. We have one that goes over the two front seats so each child has a screen but watch the same movie. I do not think it was very expensive but we only use it for long trips. You may have to be prepared to stop often to change diapers and run around alittle unless you are leaving at bedtime. Good luck.
