So I am thinking about going back to school (online classes only). I was just wondering if any other moms have gone back to school with having 2 children under the age of 2? How do you juggle your time with doing homework and taking of care of your children and housework?

What I'm wondering is how everyone is paying for their online classes! I can't afford to pay any thing for school so I haven't gone back because the places I've applied for tell me i don't qualify for any type of assistance.

I am currently doing this.The first class,is an introductory class and it helped us to figure out how to manage your time. It isn't that difficult once you get started and figure out a good time for you to sit down and be able to focus on the task at hand. My classes are all 5 weeks long, which means each week we have to post 2 discussions on the reading material, along with posting on other classmates posts. We've had 2 writing assignments to turn in, 2-3 paragraphs long. Once you get started on the first class, the schedule and all that will follow close behind.
I have an active 18 mo old and and a 4 mo old. It gets difficult to get the assignments done, but I always get them in on time. It's just a matter of willpower, and using your time wisely. Good luck!

I only have one child, but I go to school online. It is much easier than you think! I actually do a lot of my homework when my son is awake! I play with him for a little while, then put him down or in one of his toys, then do my homework! Sometimes it is challenging,but not as hard as you would think, plus, the reward will be worth it!

Actually, yes I decided to go back to school over a year ago and I do it all online. I love it I do my homework when my kids are sleeping and doing other quiet activities. I have a 11, 8 and 2 year old as well as step children and a foster child. It is hard to adjust to but if you keep yourself focused it can be done. Good Luck!!
