took my 20 month old to the er today....she is running a fever of 103 without motrin, goes down when she takes the meds, she has no symptoms at all other than a mild runny nose and she says she has to pee every 2 minutes and nothing comes out....what could it be a bladder infection or a cold.....what should I do?????

Maybe she has both. But I think it sounds like she has a tract infection. Do the above cranberry juice/water/and keep her clean.

sounds like a little urinary tract infection. push water and cranberry juice and help her stay clean. it usually will flush out of her system in 2-3 days
