I'm considering getting cloth training pants for my daughter for her potty training because I've heard that pull-ups and easy-ups are too much like a diaper (too absorbent). Has anyone tried cloth training pants? Which ones work best?

I have the gerber cotton ones for my daughter. The problem is she only uses the potty if she has no underwear or pants on.

My son wore Gerber's cotton training pants. They are just like underwear but thicker. You can find them at Target and Walmart. I know some moms that put their little girls in dresses or long shirts with no underwear at all (unless they go out).
