well I just have 1 10 month old and 2 dogs...She sleeps the entire night-she has for a long time. My husband leaves for work at 6am and is home a little after 4pm and I have baby ALL DAY and have to put her down for the night too...and by the end of the day I am pretty much beyond tired I just take a quick 7min shower and attempt to go to sleep...usually a little "us" time but no ME time...blah!

having a 2(almost3) year old and a 2 month old, it's hard to find alone time. We don't have family close by ( closest is 10 hours away) My husband works a pretty easy shift (3-11) so I get to sleep in and he gets up with girls, and when I get up he goes back to bed before work. My 2 month old is sleeping through the night, most of the time, so that gives us some "us" time. My me time though is pretty much my morning sleeping in.

who wrote the book? I think that could help me out because I don't get me time...until I hit a breaking point and leave as soon as my husband is home....

I have 4 children and very rarely get time alone. I never leave my children with anyone. The main time i get alone time is in the bath!! lol
Oh and i am a single parent so alone time is very hard to come by. My children 13, 5, 3 and 7 months in age.

Well for me I sleep when I can. I also do outside activities that do not involve the kids or husband because if I do not I get that time by myself I am liable to chew someone's head off. It gives me time to interact with other adults to refresh my mind. I go to choir rehearsal or arts and crafts during the day. When the kids are napping is always the best time for me to relax!!! I have 4 kids and one on the way and I seem to always find time for facebook!!!

Anything really - read, go for a walk, exercise, go shopping, play on the computer. I value time alone with my husband even more. We try to plan dates without our son as often as we can.

I try to exercise and shower during my break time... lol not a lot but that is what you get with twins. My husband and I try to have family watch the kiddos once per month at least so that we can get a date night in.
