I have a 10 month old daughter, she's still on formula during the night, whole milk during the day, and the occasional Cheerios and whatever i'm eating, whole fruits and the baby food( the ones with the crawling baby picture). Should I start feeding her more table food or just keep doing what i'm doing. She'll be 1 in December and her doctor(s) doesn't really tell us much. I just go by what my mother done with me when i was a baby. Though she fed me alot more table food than i do to mine. Any advice?

i feed her three times a day along with about 2-8oz bottles of whole milk. 1-10oz bottle of formula at night.

I started to feed my two year old b/g twins baby food at four months and at 9 months we gradually started to introduce them to table food. You're suppose to keep a child on formula or breast milk until they are a year of age. We gradually introduced the whole milk to our twins and just stopped giving them formula after they were a year old. With our youngest who will be four months on the 12th of this month we're probably going to be doing the same thing. Maybe start solids a bit earlier depending, since the twins were six weeks premature.

My son is 11 months old and is on whole milk. At her age she doesn't need feeding during the night, that's a sign she needs more solids during the day so I'd recommened increasing the amount of solids v milk. My son had 2 beakers of milk per day and three meals, usually what we're eating so I make lasagne, cottage pie etc so we can eat as a family.
