What I did with my kids was freeze the Caprisuns overnight then put them in their lunch the next day. It kept the what needed to be cool, cool and was thawed out by lunchtime.

My kids have a sandwich, a piece of fruit and some snacks every day.
I really don't know what else to write as it's a very vague question.

PB & J/ crackers
Ham & Cheese/ chips
Lunchables/ grapes
Warm soup in a thermos/ crackers
Cheese Quesidias/ apple slices
Cheese Sandwich/ Fruit Salad
Burritos/ Apple Sauce
Wraps with turkey, cheese, tomato, & ranch dressing or (make your own)
Tortilla Chips w/ salsa & shredded cheese
Spagetti-O's or Ravioli's
Jello/Pudding/Fruit (for sides)
Baby carrots/Sliced Sweet Bell Peppers/Broccoli w/ Ranch dressing (for sides)
Boxed fruit juice or milk or yogurt drinks
You can use large cookie cutters to cut shapes in sandwiches for a fun lunch!
