I've never even heard of pacifier wipes. We just used soap and water, same with bottles and sippy cups. Soap and water on hands. If it's just a little sticky mess from a spill or something on his face I just use a baby wipe. I carry baby wipes with me in my purse and use them when we're out on hands, face, clothes...anything that gets dirty.

As for pacifiers I love the wipes for when we are out and I am going to get some natural soap for while at home!

You can make wipes to. You can use a bath cloth in a plastic bag with vinger on it. Vinger is a natural disinfectant.

I also just do soap & water. I put a dab of soap on my hands & then put it onto his, scrub, and then rinse with water. After he eats, I wet a washcloth or paper towel & wipe off the gunk. :) He doesn't use a paci & never has, so I'm not sure what's best for that.

I use the natural wipes for quick clean ups but otherwise I just use soap and water. My 2 year old loves to "make bubbles" with the soap on his hands.

I use soap and warm water. My son LOVES to wash his hands. We do NOT use antibacterial soap. As for face, we wash his face during bath time but after a messy meal/snack we do damp paper towel then wash hands. We never used pacifiers but once again I would just use soap and water (non-antibacterial).
